Cravings: Do You Have Them Too
I am one of those human beings who find reasons to have a craving. They may come from my weekly depression, missing my favorite TV exhibit, seeing an ad of a juicy burger on TV, or much having PMS. I know. It sounds lame. However, in reality, it may be a physiological cause for my cravings. For example; if I’m craving a nice plate of lasagna, a couple of sugar cookies, or a slice of pizza, it may not be what I really desire. Maybe my body is telling me that I am deficient in a certain vitamin or antioxidant; like vitamin A, or lycopene. More information: go here
